It still amazes me that this isn't part of Skype itself, but then we can be grateful for programmers like yourselves.</p> <p>I was wondering that since Skype v4 now allows you to specify where it plays alerts to i.e. you can set the "Speakers" and "Ringing" to different devices etc, could Contact Alarm be coded to obey the setting and use the "Ringing" device?</p> <p>For example I have Skype set so that "Speakers" is my USB headset but "Ringing" is still my laptop's sound card.
